WELCOME

Helping you meet life, and death, with greater trust, spaciousness, and love.

ABOUT

I am a death care worker, grief tender, sound practitioner, circle facilitator, mother, and devotee of the path of the heart. Spiraling Heart Sanctuary is the living expression of my own path of healing, surrender, and inner exploration.

My work in sound healing, end-of-life care, contemplative companioning, and grief tending has emerged slowly and organically, guided by deep listening and an unwavering call of the heart.

There was a time when I didn’t know the shape this work would take. I only knew I was being pulled toward something truer, something that required trust without a map. Over years devoted to personal healing, meditation, and spiritual study, I came into intimate relationship with my heart space. From that connection, everything unfolded.

My destination was never a clearly defined vision. It was more like a mirage, mysterious, beckoning, just out of reach, yet certain. That call, and the surrender to it, taught me one of the deepest truths:The heart knows the way long before the mind does.

Spiraling Heart Sanctuary is the container for the wisdom gained along this journey. It is a space where the ancient practices that shaped me: sound work, contemplative traditions, death care, can serve as support for others navigating their own thresholds.

My greatest aspiration is that each person I accompany feels a palpable field of compassion and love, softening the stories that bind them, soothing fear, and inviting them into a deeper, more trusting relationship with both life and death.
